One of the biggest downsides to deep fryers is that they are very difficult to clean. This particular fryer is very easy to clean because once you have removed the power connector at the front of the fryer, it breaks down into four pieces - Lid, basket, bowl, and outside housing and all of these can be safely put into a dishwasher or immersed in water for cleaning. There is a permanent filter in the lid which again is dishwasher safe. The walls of the fryer are cool even when frying; it has three control settings with a neon light which tells you that the correct temperature has been reached and a useful window in the lid so you can check the frying process without lifting the lid.
